The course "Exclusive Household Management" shows you how to manage a household effectively, routinely and in a time-saving manner. You will learn exactly what is required in a large household: knowledge of the correct handling of exclusive materials and economical housekeeping. With well-trained knowledge, you can be sure of being in charge of an exclusive household.

Personnel in private households and private individuals who would like to take over housekeeping professionally and efficiently based on the latest findings, people who want to learn the classic profession of housekeeping and want to get sustainable job prospects.

Content

Household organization

Topics: Tasks of housekeeping, work planning, etiquette, own appearance, work attitude

Laundry care

Topics: textile fibers, removing stains, washing, cloakroom maintenance, ironing, laying

Serving customer

Topics: table culture, table decoration, serving and hospitality

Kitchen organization

Topics: kitchen rules, shopping training, food science, stock keeping, hygiene, breakfast kitchen

Cleaning and care

Topics: cleaning without chemicals, surface types and their cleaning and care, organization systems, treatment of textile materials and leather, cleaning of the various living spaces

Final workshop

Practical and written final examination

Course duration / times

3 weeks, Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., occasionally WE, Sat, evenings, at Clam Castle plus theory lessons via the distance academy

Course costs

EUR 3,500.00, plus 20% VAT, plus accommodation and meals during the course days EUR 1,260.00
